My nutrition philosophy revolves around collaboration and personalized support, tailored to meet the unique goals and needs of each client. I emphasize considering the interconnectedness of the entire body system in my approach, aiming to guide you in making positive and sustainable changes to your eating and physical activity behaviors that benefit you in the long term.

I believe that there are no inherently 'good' or 'bad' foods. Instead, I prioritize nutrient-rich foods that effectively fuel your body and provide essential nourishment. By focusing on incorporating these nutrient-dense options into your diet, we can optimize your overall health and well-being.

As a provider specializing in Health at Every Size® (HAES) and intuitive eating, I embrace a compassionate and inclusive approach with my clients. Our collaboration is built on a partnership that aims to empower you to connect with your body's internal cues and discover a pattern of eating that promotes your individual health and well-being.

Together, we will explore intuitive eating principles that foster a positive relationship with food and your body. By honoring your body's signals of hunger, fullness, and satisfaction, we can develop a sustainable and balanced approach to nutrition that supports your overall health and happiness. I am dedicated to supporting you on your journey towards a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. With my compassionate and inclusive approach, we will work together to create positive changes that align with your unique needs and preferences, ultimately enhancing your well-being.
